According to the Macedonian Law on obligations commercial traveler of a trading company is authorized to undertake only the activities related to sales of goods and which are contained in the authorization issued by the trade company.
In case of uncertainty, it is considered that the commercial traveler is not authorized to conclude contracts but only to collect client’s orders, still the concluded contract with a client will remain in force if the trading company approves the contract.
The commercial traveler which is authorized to sell goods is not authorized to charge the price nor to sell the goods on credit., except if it has special approval for that.The trade representative is authorized to receive complaints from customers due to goods deficiencies and other statements related to the execution of the contracts concluded with customers by his intermediation, as well as on behalf of the trading company to undertake measures for keeping its rights from that contract.
